Hah... I love it that they framed it that you're too hippy and not "rock and roll" enough. So do you feel they bought you a very rock and roll wardrobe? I can't wait to see it... though I have to admit to being nervous too. :)
We are going forward with our watch party plans with a big screen tv rented for the much anticipated event! Guests are encouraged to wear the worst things from their closet that Clinton and Stacy would say "What were you thinking?" Does anyone have any prize ideas for the best/worst fashion wear at our party?
What a great idea! You could give out a surprise grab bag from a thrift store, or you could get a polaroid camera go crazy. Then you have automatic party favors!
Maybe we should do something at our watch party here!
They are still making the instant-prints one, but there were rumors 'round the What Not to Wear studios that they were going to stop making them.
Another of the surprising behind-the-scenes things I learned about the tv and fashion industry: Stylists rely heavily on instant prints. My stylist took about 30 (which is a lot of instant prints!) shots of various outfits and me all put together.
Heck, when I ran into Chris from Project Runway, good thing we had a polaroid. We snapped three pictures and instantly, we all had our celebrity souvenir.
In March 2008, Addie was on TLC's reality makeover show, "What Not to Wear." The best part? The new wardrobe and outlook on fashion. The worst part? The straight hair. She blogged about her experience while in New York and wrote several articles for the Statesman about the experience. (And yes, they really do give away all your clothes.)

I refreshed and re-searched it and it came back up with me on Friday, the 21st. However, I'll believe it when I see a preview...

Do they make disposable polaroids these days?
