On a billboard near you...
My very first billboard. Who would have ever thought? It kinda freaks me out, but here it is. Me and Mike Sutter, the Statesman's restaurant critic who is hidden behind a coffee urn. Near 12th and Lamar in Austin. I think it'll be up for at least a few weeks. I'll try to get a better picture before my billboard glory is over....

Awesome! I pass that all the time! Should I honk?! :)
Cool! I'll wave at ya whenever I go by.
Wow, very cool!
almost too much for me to handle... almost.
Now, when you arrived in Austin lo so many years ago, who would have thought ... ? That's SO fantastic!
I had a conversation with my friend the other day about your column and she was like, oh right, you know Addie. And I was like, oh right... you don't know her, you just read her stuff! And then I told her how much you had accomplished in just the time I've known you and how awesome and awe inspiring I thought you were. :)
Thanks for all the support, amigos. Seriously. What's a billboard without friends and family who are behind you? Just a big face.
